Return and exchange policies
I work very hard to make sure my jewelry is well made and it is very important to me that the customers are satisfied. I hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for some reason the item you receive is not as you expected, please let me know. Returns are accepted if they are returned within 3 working days of you receiving your order. I will accept your return in its original, unworn, undamaged condition with tags attached. I will refund the price of the item (not the shipping) within 3 days I receive returned item.
However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and I will not give the buyer a refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. Return shipping of the items and their replacements is the customer’s responsibility.
If you receive a damaged item please contact me immediately, within 24 hours. Return the damaged item and after I receive it, I will refund you or you can choose another item in a price range. However, if you need to return your purchase, please contact me before you do.
Great care is taken to ensure that all items listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible to show the intricate details of the piece. Please ensure you read the listing properly, noting dimensions and colours. The color of item may be slightly different than it is in the pictures. I cannot guarantee a perfect color match, please note that the appearance of colours may vary between computer screens. I do not consider that dimensions and colours are the reason for return.
